What Affects Your Price
6 Factors That Affect Kokomo Charter Bus Prices
With Kokomo
Factor 1: The Size of Bus You Book
You'll find that smaller rides like 11- to 14-passenger sprinter vans or 15- to 35-passenger minibuses cost less than full-size 56-passenger charter buses or 15- to 50-passenger party buses! Compare all our bus types in one search to pick the vehicle that fits YOUR headcount and YOUR budget.
Factor 2: The Distance and Duration of Your Trip
Wherever your group is headed, how long and how far you ride will determine whether your trip is priced by the hour, by the day, or by mileage! Quick local loops between Downtown Kokomo and Foster Park usually carry a standard 2- to 5-hour windows. Planning a long-distance charter bus trip down US-31 to Indianapolis or up to South Bend? You can book one-way, round-trip, or multi-day packages—or call the team for below-minimum phone deals on quick transfers!
Factor 3: Where and When You're Traveling
Kokomo
Factor 4: Tolls, Parking, and Route Fees
You can count on Kokomo
Factor 5: Your Driver's Shifts and Hotel
For overnight excursions, you'll need to provide a comfortable 3-star hotel room so your driver can rest up between shifts.
Factor 6: Which Day You Ride
What day of the week you schedule your group transportation plays a big role in your hourly rate and typical hours! Friday nights and Saturdays are peak days for Kokomo wedding shuttles, bachelor parties, and sporting events, meaning higher rates and stricter 3- to 5-hour windows. If your schedule is flexible, booking a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday trip for a school field trip to the Seiberling Mansion or a corporate outing will score you lower off-peak pricing!
Ways to Save
Top 5 Ways to Save on Your Kokomo Charter Bus Rental
Ride on a weekday. Weekday hourly rates in the table start below weekend rates for most buses, and Sunday through Thursday typically run the lowest rates.
Fill the seats you pay for. A bigger bus costs more per hour but less per person: a full 56-passenger charter bus starts under $4 per person, per hour.
Book early. Booking early gives you the widest choice of buses for your date.
Keep your pickups together. Every extra pickup adds time on the clock, so one meeting spot keeps the hours, and the price, down.
Ask about less time. Standard minimums apply, but call us at (765) 450-1450 and we can often set up less time, a one-way, split time or a custom package.
